Well, it is now official. I’ve been measured by the good people of Virgin Active and my goal is now set. The scale at Century City weighed me at 104.6Kgs this morning which means I have just under 10 Kgs to lose in 11 odd weeks to achieve my goal.

I am going to use my blog as a progress tracker so expect things like status updates, weekly weigh ins, meal and exercise tips and experiences and probably some overservations as well.

Early night tonight, 5.15am spinning class awaits.
